Adapting an English motion graphics video for the German market while preserving the original design, timing, and visual impact. We rebuilt animated text, adjusted typography and spacing, localized lower thirds and date formats, and prepared the final video for delivery.

Text Layer Localization & Font Compensation
The opening title sequence required direct replacement of animated text layers within the After Effects composition. "EVENT PROMO" was localized to "Veranstaltung Aktion". To maintain the original typographic hierarchy and visual weight, font size was reduced and tracking adjusted to preserve the intended bold, high-impact aesthetic without breaking the animated entrance timing of the layer.
Title with Embedded Video Texture
"WORLD CONFERENCE" featured a complex compound text effect with a live video texture masked through the letterforms using a track matte. Localizing to "GLOBALE KONFERENZ" required rebuilding the text layer while preserving the matte relationship.
Typographic Weight Parity
Where translated strings were shorter than the English source, tracking and letter spacing were adjusted to maintain visual weight parity, ensuring the text block occupies the same relative area within the composition frame as the original, avoiding unintended white space.
Lower Third Localization
Speaker lower thirds updated with translated job titles as provided. Speaker names retained unchanged per standard localization practice. Text scaling adjusted where translated strings exceeded original character count to maintain lower third frame boundaries.
Calendar Format Adaptation
Date card localized with translated string and locale-specific formatting applied as received. Ordinal period added per delivered translation, implemented within the animated layout while maintaining original typographic scale and keyframe timing.
